CA Technologies announced integration of its CA Release Automation solution with JFrog’s Artifactory binary repository management system.

As one of the most widely used binary repositories and the only repository that offers a high availability clustered solution, the integration with Artifactory helps customers easily adopt CA Release Automation to optimize their entire software development lifecycle.

A critical component of DevOps, CA Release Automation helps reduce release times and improve release quality by automating and standardizing the deployment of applications.

Artifactory helps solve many challenges faced by software developers and DevOps teams, allowing them to manage, host and control the flow of binary artifacts, RPM, Yum or Docker images from development to production.

“Our customers are delivering new applications and making changes to existing applications at a scale that was unimaginable just a few years ago. The tools used in developing, testing and deploying these applications are mission critical and must be available at all times,” said David Cramer, VP of Application Delivery Product Management, CA Technologies. “By working together with leading companies like JFrog, we can help our customers implement continuous delivery at very high scale and win in the application economy.”

“Artifactory is a standard maker at the continuous-integration domain and provides the user a powerful repository experience with the freedom to choose his own tools set and ecosystem. We are happy to promote the integration with CA Release Automation and offer CA customers High Available repository to support their deployment and continuous delivery flow," said Shlomi Ben Haim, JFrog CEO.

JFrog provides world-class infrastructure for software management and distribution in open-source, on premise and SaaS cloud solutions. JFrog's platform is a revolutionary solution that has changed the way companies and individuals develop, release and distribute software. JFrog's Artifactory Binary Repository Manager and Bintray, the Distribution as a Service platform, are used by millions of developers around the world.
