CA Technologies has joined the World Economic Forum’s Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI), a leading global business voice on anti-corruption and transparency.
The announcement was made today from the 45th Annual World Economic Forum taking place in Davos, Switzerland, running through 24 January.
Chaired by David Seaton, chief executive officer at the Fluor Corporation, the PACI Vanguard is comprised of CEOs from the more than 100 leading companies that are PACI members, who are shaping the strategic agenda of PACI and serve as global champions committed to zero tolerance against corruption.
“Recent history has taught us that the issues of global bribery and corruption will only be solved when active government enforcement is coupled with tangible action from the global business community,” said Joel Katz, chief ethics & compliance officer, CA Technologies. “CA is pleased to be a participant in the PACI whose work, we believe, will help raise the standards of excellence that will be required of any company hoping to succeed in a transparent, ethical global business environment.”
PACI members include a broad range of companies and industries that engage their leaders to collaborate on collective action initiatives and share best practices in organizational compliance.
