CA Technologies Wins Technology Services Industry Association STAR Awards for Leadership and Innovation

CA Technologies was recognized with two STAR Awards from the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) for Innovation in the Transformation of Support Services and Innovation in Leveraging Analytics for Service Excellence.

TSIA advances the technology services industry through benchmarking, research, education, and certification and awards programs. The TSIA STAR Awards recognize commitment to leadership and innovation in the service of customers and the recognition highlights CA’s multi-year customer experience transformation.

CA was named a winner in:

■ Innovation in the Transformation of Support Services: for CA’s customer experience transformation, including pursuit of best practices, support improvements, adoption of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other metrics, company-wide education and customer touchpoint improvements.

■ Innovation in Leveraging Analytics for Service Excellence: for CA’s use of analytics to accelerate its customer experience transformation by interpreting feedback data to improve interactions in order to ensure customer success.
