Tango/04 Computing Group announced the launch of a new product that provides corporate monitoring for the extended company: Alignia.

Aliginia is a new Tango/04 integrated product that helps businesses operate fluidly, with no interruptions, in a safe environment and with absolute visibility.

Modules that compose Alignia are:

● Alignia for Online Business Services, to prevent and identify problems in transactions that operate online.

● Alignia for Business Processes, to be aware of inconveniences, bottle-necks and delays.

● Alignia for Business Applications, to control all the technology that supports services and processes.

● Alignia for Business Security, to identify security incidents and make the impact in any service, process or infrastructure completely visible.

“Alignia is the monitoring solution of the extended company that includes not only the own company but also its customers, suppliers, business partners and other third-parts, with whom Business should be interrelated and also should be controlled to ensure operations. Actually for IT, controlling only the own company is no longer enough,” says Raul Cristian Aguirre, Tango/04’s CEO.

Alignia helps both, IT and Business, as it promotes a global vision over technical information and aligns expectations. Allows for obtaining a shared vision of all the business, with accurate and detailed information for each type of user: business users, service managers, IT and Security teams.

The solution incorporates, embedded in the product, the knowledge of 15 years of experience in hundreds of monitoring projects, and the wizard to control any online service, process, technology and also information security.

Alignia includes dashboards and functionalities such as business activity and user experience, ready to use in the product with no need of previous configuration, providing greater scalability with a simple configuration and minimum maintenance.

Deployment of Alignia is done in days and gives immediate results. It is completely integratable with any pre-existing technology, allowing companies to take advantage of their previous investments. Companies in Europe, Latin America and the United States, such as Zurich Financial Services, are already successfully using Alignia (for Online Services) to monitor their online business services.
