Virtual Instruments announced the appointments of Sheen Khoury as EVP of Worldwide Sales and Rick Haggart as SVP of Professional Services.

Philippe Vincent, CEO of Virtual Instruments, said, “Rick and Sheen are high-performing, proven individuals that bring strong industry knowledge and experience to our leadership team. They are wholly committed to ensuring that our customers achieve their business goals and benefit from our App-centric infrastructure performance management solutions.”

Sheen Khoury brings more than 25 years of operational experience in delivering and scaling global sales teams, along with his passion for working with customers, to lead and expand Virtual Instruments’ worldwide sales organization. He is known for his deep expertise and ability to drive sales within the global data center, service provider, cloud-native and software-defined market ecosystems. Khoury successfully built the initial go-to-market strategies and sales teams at Indix, Vyatta (acquired by Brocade), Aerohive Networks, NetScaler (Citrix), Good Technology and Exodus Communications.

“The excitement from our customers and partners to bridge the worlds of application and infrastructure performance management underscores how critical it is for us to fulfill this market need,” said Khoury. “No other company provides this level of visibility and actionable insight to enterprise IT teams today, so it’s an exciting time to join Virtual Instruments and help expand the value we bring to more customers.”

Rick Haggart will lead the Virtual Instruments Customer Success Services team, delivering the company’s expertise, best practices and knowledge to every customer. He brings a wealth of technology leadership experience, including leading infrastructure practice areas, developing and productizing go-to-market solutions, and working globally with Fortune 500 companies as a partner at Accenture. He ran Accenture’s Internet Center of Excellence in Palo Alto, where he delivered solutions to customers and also supported the development of skills, frameworks and solutions for its global clients. In addition, Haggart founded and managed a travel information technology company.

“Virtual Instruments is a world-class organization with one of the most dedicated customer services teams across all major industries,” said Haggart. “With a customer base as diverse as Virtual Instruments, all of our existing and future customers will benefit from our team’s vast experience in best practices and insights related to optimizing the performance, availability and cost of IT infrastructure.”
