Zenoss AIOps Now Available for Versa Networks

Zenoss expanded AIOps coverage for Versa Networks, a provider of unified SASE platforms, which delivers a combined AI-powered SSE and SD-WAN solution.

The Versa Networks platform provides networking and security with sophisticated analytics via the cloud, on prem, or as a blended combination of both to meet SASE requirements for small to extremely large enterprises and service providers. Zenoss now provides full-stack monitoring and AIOps capabilities for environments that include Versa Networks SASE.

Zenoss Cloud models Versa Networks SASE components, including interfaces, site connections, site paths and organizations. Out-of-box data collection includes metrics such as status, latency, throughput and more. Zenoss also ingests alerts from the SASE solutions as events and correlates them in the context of events from all other parts of the infrastructure. This enables Zenoss Cloud to provide intelligent visualizations, predict and prevent outages, and ensure overall IT service health in environments leveraging Versa Networks solutions.

"SD-WAN and SASE solutions have become staples in modern IT environments," said Trent Fitz, chief product officer for Zenoss. "Zenoss Cloud seamlessly adapts AIOps capabilities for these types of modern technologies as they emerge, which means customers can reduce risk while moving at the speed of business."

Over the past few years, large language models (LLMs) have revolutionized the software industry. Given their ability to excel at multi-step reasoning, LLMs have helped enterprises streamline workflows and adapt to the unknown. However, employing such models comes with sky-high costs, latency issues, and limited flexibility. In the realm of IT operations, it is generally wiser to employ smaller, domain-specific models instead ...

For years, DevOps teams operated under a simple assumption: collect enough telemetry, and you can find and fix any problem. That assumption is breaking down.
