Devine is a 26-year IBM veteran and an IBM Fellow (Fellows are the standard-bearers for IBM’s technical and scientific leadership). Today he serves as CTO for IBM Cloud’s emerging technology and advanced innovation team focused on hyper-scale workloads such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Cloud Video Services. He holds a BS in Mathematics Education from Francis Marion University and a MS in Mathematical Science from Clemson University.
