BMC Wins Appirio’s Customer Experience Pioneer Award

BMC has been named the winner of the 2015 Customer Experience Pioneer Award from Appirio. The award honors BMC MyEBC, a mobile application designed to deliver an exceptional customer experience for those visiting the company's executive briefing center in Houston.

The MyEBC app provides a holistic approach to the customer's visit with BMC including personalized access to all logistical and content details associated with the visit such as agendas, speaker bios, travel information, presentations and related post briefing collateral.

"Customer experience is a top priority at BMC, and we strive to ensure that every customer interaction is unique, differentiated and centered on their specific needs," said Karen Bintz, Area VP, Customer Experience, BMC. "The BMC MyEBC app redefines how executive briefing centers can bring digital transformation to life and further deliver a world-class experience for visiting customers."

The BMC MyEBC app was also recognized as one of this year's Tabby Award nominees, selected from a pool of more than 150 apps. The award celebrates the best mobile apps for work and productivity across the world. MyEBC was recognized as a Mobby Awards /Business nominee in the collaboration and teamwork category. The winners will be announced later this year.
