Luchs is a revenue leader, general manager, and advisor with a 15-year track record of driving growth and innovation for startups, scale-ups, and large enterprises. He was previously the Global Head of AWS+Ads at Amazon, a business unit that he built from 0 to over $5B in annual revenue. Prior, Luchs was the commercial founder at Beeswax (Acquired by Comcast), and scaled the company from Alpha launch to $35M in ARR. Additionally, he led digital partnerships at BlueKai/Oracle (Acquired by Oracle), and helped launch the Oracle Data Cloud. His career has included three founding leadership roles, two $100M+ exits, leading a multi-billion-dollar P&L, and hiring and developing hundreds of personnel.
