John Rakowski, Analyst, Infrastructure and Operations, at Forrester, has joined the BSM Blog on APMdigest.
Although APMdigest has featured Forrester in Q&As and articles over the years, this is the first time a Forrester analyst has joined the BSM Blog. APMdigest will be posting excerpts from Rakowski's Forrester blogs as well as original content.
Working out of Forrester's London office, Rakowski serves Infrastructure & Operations Professionals. He has 8 years of experience in the technology and consulting industry, with certifications from Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, BMC, and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Prior to joining Forrester in 2011, Rakowski was a solution architect for Fujitsu specializing in enterprise management. He has provided consultancy to a number of organizations in both the public and private sector and across different verticals ranging from the financial sector to not-for-profit charities.
