Aberdeen Group announced the kickoff of AberdeenAccess, its transition from a traditional, paid research-access model to one providing no-cost access to its research reports.
The new program takes effect on April 20 of this year, and will offer complimentary access to Aberdeen research - addressing an array of business challenges and solutions - published over the past three years.
“We are making this research content available at no charge to showcase the depth and breadth of our analyst and research expertise,” explains David Hatch, Sr VP and GM, Aberdeen Group. “Business leaders have long relied on the best practices data Aberdeen research delivers to make more informed business and technology purchasing decisions, and vendors in the IT marketplace also rely on our insights to understand their customer’s pressures, actions and capabilities. We believe that making Aberdeen research more widely available will ultimately lead to better-informed business and vendor communities.”
Through a single interface, AberdeenAccess members will have the ability to search, preview, and download the Benchmark Reports, Insights, Briefs, and more, that are focused on helping them improve their business performance. AberdeenAccess members will also be able to tailor their user experience by detailing their business interests during the registration process. This capability ensures they will receive only relevant communications, and will be connected with only relevant product and service providers.
