AppNeta announced an Application Performance Management (APM) Partner Program geared to the managed service provider (MSP) market.

N-able by SolarWinds, a provider remote monitoring and management (RMM), is the first vendor to join the new program.

The AppNeta/N-able alliance will focus on co-marketing their complementary solutions — N-able's N-central remote monitoring and management product and AppNeta's full stack application performance monitoring solutions.

MSPs are well positioned to deliver a significant portion of the applications used by enterprises today. In order to satisfy users' demands for a positive experience, MSPs need tools that can answer the questions: Who is using my application? Is it available? How well is it performing? And, are the users experiencing what they expect? This requires a unique set of full stack monitoring and management tools. AppNeta is the only vendor to offer full stack APM, in a software-as-a service (SaaS) offering, from the application, through the network, all the way to the end-user.

N-able's N-central is a leading IT management and automation solution for MSPs. By combining remote monitoring of devices with application performance management, MSP's can ensure the delivery of best-in-class services to their customers.

The N-able alliance officially launches the AppNeta APM Partner Program, which specifically targets SaaS and technology services vendors. The program includes the complete AppNeta Application Performance Management suite, which would be partner-branded, and offers two go-to-market options: joint referral/sales of partner solutions or OEM enabled partnering with the AppNeta or partner-hosted service.

The world is now all about end-users. This paradigm of focusing on the end-user was simply not true a few years ago, as backend metrics generally revolved around uptime, SLAs, latency, and the like.
