Auvik SaaS Management Now Available on Pax8 Marketplace

Auvik announced that Auvik SaaS Management (ASM) is now available through the Pax8 Marketplace.

This expansion, following the availability of Auvik Network Management (ANM) on the Marketplace in 2024, marks a significant milestone as the first SaaS management platform available on Pax8 with shadow IT and shadow AI discovery capabilities.

Auvik is a managed service provider (MSP) focused SaaS Management Platform (SMP) to be recognized in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for SaaS Management. The solution enables MSPs to deliver licensing, usage, and security insights for the SaaS applications within their clients’ environments, helping organizations save time and money while positioning MSPs as trusted advisors.

Auvik SaaS Management delivers a breadth of coverage through its combination of identity provider (IdP), browser plugin, and desktop agent deployment, capturing application usage from all sources including desktop inventory, browser activity, and user authentication. This approach surfaces shadow IT and shadow AI that traditional discovery methods miss, giving MSPs complete visibility into their clients’ SaaS ecosystems.

“Even as organizations transition toward agentic AI, SaaS application usage also continues to increase and the need for robust visibility and management has never been greater,” said Oguo Atuanya, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience at Pax8. “By introducing Auvik SaaS Management to the Pax8 Marketplace, we’re equipping our partners with advanced tools to discover shadow IT and shadow AI, helping their clients streamline operations and take command of their evolving SaaS environments.”

Building on recent platform enhancements announced in September, ASM’s client dashboard consolidates critical information into a single control center. IT teams can quickly identify cost-saving opportunities, track security posture, provision applications, and optimize license allocation – all from one interface designed to manage the growing complexity of SaaS portfolios.

“The availability of Auvik SaaS Management on the Pax8 Marketplace makes it easier than ever for our partners to integrate comprehensive SaaS discovery and management into their service offerings,” said Mark Ralls, President at Auvik. “With the unique ability to uncover shadow IT and shadow AI, our platform helps MSPs address one of the most pressing challenges their clients face in today’s complex IT landscape while positioning themselves as trusted advisors on SaaS management.”

With ASM now available on the Pax8 Marketplace, partners can procure both Auvik Network Management and Auvik SaaS Management solutions through a single trusted platform. This integration streamlines vendor management, reduces operational complexity, and enables MSPs to focus on delivering greater value to their clients.

I've spent a lot of time in the channel, and one thing I keep coming back to is this: a partner program is only as good as what it looks like in the field. Many programs look great on paper, but when a partner is in front of a customer navigating a complex hybrid environment or trying to make the case for AI-powered observability, the gap between what a vendor promises and what it actually delivers becomes very clear, very fast ...

Enterprises today operate in a real-time environment where uninterrupted access to trusted data has become a baseline expectation for users, applications and automated systems. Traditional DataOps models, built on manual effort and human triage, cannot keep pace with this always active demand. AI agents are emerging as the operational backbone, ensuring consistent data availability, reinforcing trustworthiness and enabling a level of scale that manual processes cannot achieve ...

For decades, trust in the digital workplace rested on familiar signals. We trusted faces on video calls, voices on the phone, and emails that appeared to come from people we knew. These cues felt human and intuitive. They anchored how decisions were made, approvals were granted, and access was authorized. AI-powered deepfakes have quietly broken that model ...

Over the past few years, large language models (LLMs) have revolutionized the software industry.
