Axios Systems announced a joint partnership with Arabian ITS, a fast growing IT systems integrator and managed services provider in Kuwait.

Markos Symeonides, Executive VP of Axios Systems, Middle East commented: “We are proud to be partnering with one of the leading integrators in Kuwait. Their market penetration coupled with our laser focus on ITSM Software Solutions provides a rich mix of capabilities never seen before in the Kuwait market."

Since Axios Systems first setup in the Middle East in 2004, they have continued to expand and now count several reputable companies among their clients, including Qatar Petroleum, Dubai Petroleum, Emaar Properties, AL Jazira Bank of KSA, Saud Hollandi Bank, Gulf News.

By adding Axios as a partner, Arabian ITS expects to gain a competitive advantage by now being able to offer an out-of-the-box solution with robust functionality rather than a high priced, highly-customized product.

“There is a high demand for IT Service Management that we have seen from our reputed clients. We believe in the great value that our partnership with Axios will bring to this market and help our clients excel in their ITSM practice”, said Naveed Ahmed, GM of Arabian ITS.

assyst benefits Arabian ITS by adding a flexible ITSM product built around a Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Arabian ITS predicts that adding assyst to its portfolio will increase profitability by, not only, adding software revenue but also providing a platform upon which to grow its core consulting business.
