As part of our continued effort to provide content that will educate and enlighten our readers on Business Service Management and related topics, BSMdigest has launched a new blog called the BSM Vendor Forum. The first forum of its kind in the BSM industry, the BSM Vendor Forum is a blog where vendors can discuss and debate today's Business Service Management issues.

The vendors in BSM, ITSM, APM, BTM and related markets are the drivers behind innovation in Business Service Management. These companies are comprised of many of the top minds in the industry. With this in mind, BSMdigest is providing a platform in which vendor representatives can voice their opinions, share their knowledge, and educate and advise the IT departments of the world on BSM-related topics.

In addition to the BSM Vendor Forum, BSMdigest will continue to maintain The BSM Blog, featuring insight from BSM consultants, analysts and experts from around the world.
