CA Technologies, adhoc International and Radix Technologies announced a comprehensive, SaaS Application Performance Management (APM) offering for customers in Switzerland.

By accessing the APM solutions through a secure hosted environment, customers will gain a simple, flexible and cost-effective way to proactively manage the end-to-end performance of their cloud, mobile, and Web applications to deliver an exceptional end-user experience. As a long-term supplier of CA APM, adhoc International will provide the related performance engineering services. Internationally respected managed service provider (MSP) Radix International will be hosting the cloud services.

CA APM enables organizations to preemptively monitor and analyze transactions across any environment—physical, virtual or cloud—and evaluate their performance against predefined performance expectations or through drill-down reporting.

This flexible and easy-to-use solution can find application performance issues even when end users are not impacted, and problems can be quickly identified and resolved before they interrupt critical services, optimizing both service quality and the quality of the customer experience. CA cloud-based APM is easy to integrate with the on-premise CA APM solution, giving customers comprehensive and flexible options to manage all of their applications within a single solution set.

Headquartered in Switzerland adhoc International has established itself as a specialist in end-to-end IT performance engineering solutions and has been a CA Technologies reseller since 2002. Radix Technologies provides organizations of all sizes with secure, reliable and high performance cloud hosting services from its data center in Switzerland.

“This new partnership enables Swiss organizations to deploy a flexible and easy-to-use APM solution designed to quickly deliver improved end-user experience and reduce overall management costs which are vital in today’s application economy,” says Mark Sturzenegger, Director, Partners and Channel CA Technologies. “APM is a fundamental element for companies needing to better monitor and control their applications.

Together, CA Technologies, adhoc International and Radix Technologies provide a complete turnkey offering—including the APM solution itself, the cloud infrastructure, as well as consulting and implementation.”

Commenting on this new offering, Makram Hanin, founder and managing partner, adhoc International says, “This APMaaS solution ensures multi-tiered visibility to help customers better understand the impact of their network and underlying infrastructure. We are drawing on our ten year relationship with CA Technologies and broad expertise with APM deployments to support customers, all the way from the consultation stage through to implementation of the solution.”

David Corriveau, managing director, Radix Technologies also comments, “Together with CA Technologies and adhoc International we are heralding a new dynamic approach to APM for organisations in Switzerland. Customers benefit from secure, flexible cloud services hosted in a data centre in Switzerland. We can stand up an entire business service, including the complete infrastructure, in a matter of minutes, if required.”
