Compuware APM 12.0 has achieved certified integration with the SAP NetWeaver technology platform. Through this integration, Compuware APM helps improve an organization's ability to monitor system performance.

Compuware APM offers broad application and technology platform support and complements SAP Solution Manager to provide comprehensive real-user monitoring for SAP solutions. Through the integration with SAP NetWeaver, it enables customers and service providers to optimize service and support by identifying the true fault domain for performance issues across the entire application delivery chain, enabling the right operations and support personnel to focus on immediate resolution.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that Compuware APM 12.0 integrates with SAP NetWeaver 7.01 and demonstrates capabilities of monitoring system performance and metrics.

By integrating with SAP NetWeaver, Compuware APM enhances its end-to-end Application Performance Monitoring capabilities, allowing customers to take advantage of the market-leading, real user monitoring capabilities of Compuware APM that enables them to:

- manage application performance across the entire application delivery chain

- view real-time application performance from the end-user perspective, down to the transaction level

- find and resolve problems before they impact business results

- understand the business impact of poor performance for every business transaction

"We are very excited to announce SAP certification of Compuware APM," said John Van Siclen, GM for Compuware's APM business unit. "We have been a long-standing SAP partner, and we are focused on continuing to deliver market-leading APM solutions for our customers and service providers. The best operated businesses run SAP solutions, and they expect superior technology performance. With the integration of Compuware APM with SAP NetWeaver, we enable IT organizations and service providers to monitor and deliver the best user experiences to their end customers."
