Gary Mann, Managing Director, Application Management and Support, at CTG, has joined the BSM Blog on APMdigest.

Mann is responsible for leading CTG’s application management practice and team. He is an accomplished healthcare project executive and former chief information officer with a successful track record in organizational change management, transition planning, management, and outsourcing. Mann has a provider and payer background in both technology and operations, and he is highly skilled in assessment, strategy/plan development execution, and conflict resolution. Mann has a solid, proven track record in maintaining operational excellence and meeting or exceeding metrics during a transition period. His leadership experience is with large multi-site operations during transition and maintenance periods.

Previously, Mann has held several healthcare industry leadership roles, including Senior Manager for Cognizant Technology Solutions, Director for Affiliated Computer Systems, VP, Applications, for First Consulting Group, and VP, Technology, for Physician Reliance Network.
