Evolven Software announced integration with the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solution.
Evolven's integration with ServiceNow, enables ServiceNow users to get accurate insights into the actual state of the IT environment directly from ServiceNow.
The integrated solution gives ServiceNow users actionable information that they can rely on for rapid incident resolution and error-free releases, and will let users:
- Know the actual state of an environment down to specific configuration parameters.
- Get accurate insights to resolve incidents quickly.
- Enrich configuration items (CIs) with the most detailed configuration data possible.
