Federos Joins ServiceNow Partner Program

Federos announced a major expansion of its solution capabilities and business reach by becoming a member of the ServiceNow Partner Program.

Federos will integrate Assure1, the company’s flagship product that provides real-time operational intelligence for operators of critical networks and services, with ServiceNow’s cloud-based Now Platform® and ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) and Telecommunications Network Performance Management (TNPM) to bring integrated service assurance, analytics, and automation solutions to global service providers and enterprises. The combination enables powerful closed-loop automation solutions, along with improving ease-of-operations and resolution times.

By formally combining the operation of their technologies, Federos and ServiceNow can provide significantly enhanced visibility and automation needed by network operations teams to quickly and effectively act on incidents that impact service levels. The avoidance of outages and improved speed of response provided by the integrated Federos/ServiceNow offerings improve QoS, allow for stronger SLAs, and reduce customer churn.

“...Through ServiceNow’s partner program, we will deliver high-value solutions that enhance the customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs to our customers,” said Keith Buckley, Federos CEO.

Assure1’s ability to display fault, performance, and service management status allows operators to understand network activities and status in real-time (and historically) with an end-to-end, cross-domain view of the entire network on a single pane of glass.

By combining Assure1’s AIOps and machine learning capabilities with ServiceNow’s Service-Aware CMDB, digital process models and workflows, NOC operations teams can be automatically alerted to actionable insights that enable them to resolve service-impacting issues within minutes.
