FireScope Announces Key Management Changes

FireScope announced that after nearly 9 years of service with the Company Steve Cotton will step down as Chairman of the Board of Directors and end active participation with the organization to pursue other endeavors. This transition follows the Board of Director’s appointment of Leanne Porter to the role of acting CEO as part of the Company's efforts to complete the acquisition of Pangea Systems.

In connection with the transition, the Board of Directors has also appointed Leanne Porter and Kevin Johnson to the Board of Directors.

Current Board Member Mark Lynd stated: "We are pleased with the appointment of Kevin and Leanne to the Board. Both he and Leanne possess the experience needed to support the next stage of growth of our company."

Leanne Porter brings over twenty years of experience after founding and expanding two highly successful businesses. Ms. Porter previously built Pangea Systems from the ground up with no external funding, growing the business organically over the last 10 years into a $15mm, ITSM services company, operating successfully in both the UK and North America.

Prior to joining FireScope, Kevin Johnson worked at Siebel Systems where he most recently served as the General Manager of European operations. He also filled the roles of Senior Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Legal Affairs. Kevin earned his law degree at the University of Santa Clara School of Law.

The Company will hold a shareholders meeting in June 3rd to formally elect two new members to the Board of Directors. The balance of the Company's executive team, Steve Randall, Global Executive Vice President of Sales, Christopher J. Mahoney, Chief Financial Officer and Eric Cook, Chief Technology Officer, will also continue in their respective roles to advance the Company's business objectives and growth strategy.
