The INETCO Insight 6.1.12 real-time transaction monitoring software is available for download on INETCO’s secured support website.
Highlights of this release include improvements and updates to the following:
- Console User Interface
- Manager User Interface
- Decoding and Correlation functionality
The following new Console functions, enhancements and fixes were implemented in this release:
- A layout issue causing the Alerts Status Widget to erroneously have two sets of scroll bars when shrunk below a certain threshold has been fixed.
- Console now reports “User could not be validated as the LDAP host is not accessible” if the LDAP server configured is not accessible from the web server when the user attempts to log in.
The following new Manager functions, enhancements and bug fixes were implemented in this release:
- Added support for multiple Correlation IDs per Application Transaction Categories. This allows for more complex correlation rules over more diverse links and networks.
- Manager now reports “User could not be validated as the LDAP host is not accessible” if the LDAP server configured is not accessible from the web server when the user attempts to log in.
The following fixes and improvements related to Message Decoding and Correlation were implemented this release:
- When restarting the Decoder stream, decryption information will be maintained from the previous session, allowing for the decryption of SSL sessions for which the initial connections were seen before the restart.
- Multi-hop application transaction correlation is now more flexible and precise with rules that define which fields should be used to identify related transactions on different links.
- An issue has been fixed where “Missing Bytes” were not reported in some transactions.
INETCO Insight® 6.1.12 is an update from INETCO Insight 6.1.11.
INETCO Insight Collector 6.0.11 or above is recommended for operation with this release of INETCO Insight.
