Knoa Software Releases Knoa EPM Version 7.1

Knoa Software announced the availability of Knoa Experience and Performance Manager (EPM) version 7.1.

The new version supports SAP enterprise software, including the SAP NetWeaver Portal, the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application and SAP BusinessObjects solutions, and enables customers to drive adoption and effective use while lowering the cost of IT services.

The solution is resold by SAP as the SAP User Experience Management (SAP UEM) application by Knoa.

Version 7.1 includes many new features that enable users to leverage the analytics easily and intuitively. The new dashboards include role-based consoles for business-process operations, technical operations, user support and training. These enable users in those areas to immediately be productive with the EPM solution and navigate analytics that align with their existing work processes and responsibility.
