“Technology innovations such as SD-WAN and digital transformation have created sizable market opportunities for LiveAction,” said Borcherding. “Having worked extensively in this market segment, with an in-depth knowledge of the Cisco ecosystem and LiveAction’s market-leading solution, I’m extremely excited to lead the company into its next phase and accelerate its growth.”
