Logentries Launches Enterprise-Level Log Management and Analytics For Heroku App Development

Logentries announced a new enterprise-level, add-on plan for Heroku users.

Logentries’ new Enterprise plan offers Heroku customers advanced features, premium benefits and special pricing. In addition to providing out-of-the-box queries, dashboards and custom tags preconfigured for Heroku customer environments, the Logentries’ Enterprise plan now includes benefits such as access to advanced security capabilities, 1-on-1 technical support, and a 99.99% Service Level Commitment.

Today, Heroku users can easily add Logentries to their app in minutes and immediately see important Heroku log events as they occur in real-time. Using Live Tail and real-time Alerting, Heroku users can easily search and troubleshoot quickly when application issues arise. In addition to these unique features, the new Logentries Enterprise plan now gives Heroku customers direct access to the Logentries team for support with account set-up, optimization and troubleshooting.
