Nastel Technologies announced The MQ Doctor, a new online live chat service that gives immediate expert advice to prospective customers looking to learn more about Nastel’s WebSphere MQ and other middleware management product offerings.
MQ Doctor also lets users engage in dialog with experts about their MQ management issues and works as a concierge service to help users find what they need on the Nastel website.
WebSphere MQ is a flexible system for efficient transport of messages and data and is often used for application integration. Nastel’s AutoPilot works seamlessly with WebSphere MQ providing real-time monitoring, predictive alerting and administration.
AutoPilot is built on 18 years of customer tested best practices at some of the largest enterprises in the world where it has proven its ability to reduce incident frequency and duration and eliminate false positives.
“We are seeing a high level of activity on our website from prospective IT buyers who were spending a lot of time on our WebSphere MQ management pages,” said Charley Rich, VP of Product Management at Nastel. “We decided to launch The MQ Doctor online service as a way to help the users on their journey as buyers and receive the additional expert advice they need to make the best and most informed decision they could on what Nastel product will work best for their organization.”
The MQ Doctor is staffed by an online expert during normal business hours (9AM-5PM) Monday through Friday.
