NetDialog Launches Monitoring for Hybrid Networks

NetDialog released the latest version of its Networked Application Visibility Software-as-a-Service, NetX 4.3. The update contains new functions, features and improvements.

With more than 10 years of experience, NetDialog offers the knowledge and products to efficiently run business-critical applications of IT infrastructures.

Hybrid Networks: Hybrid WAN has become a common network architecture choice for most organizations and service providers. The use of multiple links per location allows enterprises to optimize their networked business applications. Getting insight into the usage and performance across different links is therefore a prerequisite.

NetX 4.3: NetX 4.3 provides enterprises insight into each of the links per location, while still preserving the high-level, intuitive and actionable view that NetX has offered its customers for all those years. This allows enterprises to optimize their hybrid WANs for their business-critical applications.

With the support of hybrid networking NetDialog also moves forward towards support of the next generation of wide-area network performance management: SD-WAN.

Also new in NetX

- NOC Mode: NetX now supports relative time periods in combination with automated view refresh

- Router Availability: reading traffic volume statistics is now also used as a synthetic transaction, providing direct insight into network latency and router availability

- VoIP Insight: IP-SLA support has been extended to gain insight into VoIP availability and performance
