New Release: Keynote Cloud Transaction Perspective

Keynote announced the immediate availability of Keynote Cloud Transaction Perspective.

Keynote’s new on-demand site monitoring service offers enterprise companies the ability to leverage all the power, ease-of-use and versatility of Transaction Perspective - the a SaaS-based end user experience monitoring service - in the Cloud.

Cloud Transaction Perspective measures the end user experience of apps and websites accessible only through secure extranets and VPN-based Intranets and used by employees located in branch offices of large enterprise companies and by business partners.

Keynote’s SaaS offering is easily, quickly and cost-effectively deployable and portable anywhere in the Cloud.

Cloud Transaction Perspective offers portable up-to-the-minute end user experience monitoring to identify and fix employee, partner and branch office website and application performance problems fast. It is based on the same real IE and Firefox browser-based measurement technology as Keynote’s flagship Transaction Perspective Web performance monitoring service, and now captures end user experience data via an on-demand software private agent, easily installable anywhere in a private cloud.

Cloud Transaction Perspective is a private software agent that runs real Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers to measure and monitor the end user performance of employee and partner facing apps and websites in a private cloud. All the monitoring data is processed and available in real-time via Keynote’s SaaS monitoring platform and Web portal, MyKeynote, with its on-demand dashboards, graphs and alarming which provide analysis and instant visibility into performance issues.
