New Versions of Verax NMS & APM and Service Desk Released

Verax Systems released new versions of Verax NMS & APM (2.3.1) and Service Desk (1.7.4).

The new releases come with a variety of new features and improvements making them more powerful and even easier to use.

Release highlights:

- Reports view (no need to switch to the Administrator Console to view generated reports).

- Improved NMS & APM to Service Desk integration: ability to create incident tickets from NMS alarms.

- Customer information from Customer Care and Billing available in NMS & APM and Service Desk.

- Simplified Microsoft Windows installers, for quicker and easier installation.

- Easy configuration of e-mail notifications after installation.

- Many productivity and UI enhancements.

Both applications are parts of Verax IT Management Suite: an out-of-the-box, pre-integrated set of applications covering the entire spectrum of IT service management and assurance including network monitoring, application performance management, helpdesk and SLA management, business reporting, KPI collection and workflow.
