Nexthink launched its new DEX Management Certification program aimed at providing IT, EUC and digital workplace teams with the tools they need to successfully execute DEX programs.
The first five chapters include; Setting a DEX Baseline, XLA Strategy and Survey Design, Building a Tailored IT Experience, The DEX Ops Team and Ideating DEX in the Enterprise.
The company plans to maintain the certification program as strategies and technologies change over time, adding chapters to enable a continuous learning program.
