OpTier announced the imminent launch of “OpTier SaaS,” the company’s new cloud-based, analytics driven enterprise class APM solution.
“OpTier SaaS,” based on the company’s OpTier APM on-premise solution, will formally launch April 30th.
The company has been offering a 30-day free trial of “OpTier SaaS”.
“OpTier SaaS” combines the company’s patented Active Context Tracking (ACT) technology with advanced operational analytics capabilities to deliver a cloud-based plug-and-play solution that provides instantaneous value to global enterprise clients.
In addition to beta trials with customers, the company has worked closely with leading analysts to shape the direction of the product.
“OpTier SaaS offers a quicker time-to-value while maintaining the rich analytic insights that come with its on-premise APM product,” said Dennis Drogseth, VP at EMA. “One thing I am very pleased to see in OpTier SaaS that the market doesn’t currently offer was an Operational Intelligence component which allows users to create reports, such as load balancing and capacity management, out-of-the-box. An OpTier APM customer I recently spoke with told me they use the solution to directly improve their business every hour; this sentiment reflects the true real-time insights OpTier SaaS can provide.”
“OpTier SaaS,” similar to the company’s on-premise solution, will leverage end-to-end transaction tracing capabilities to provide application visibility across the entire IT environment.
The solution will also provide diagnostic and performance data across critical data sources including end-user, machine data, process flow, tier container, application code, system and device.
“SaaS-based APM solutions with operational analytics capabilities are dramatically simplifying the management and optimization of modern-day enterprise applications,” said Andrew Wild, President at OpTier. “More importantly, these solutions can pave the way for faster, smarter and more profitable application management. OpTier SaaS combines the scale and expertise of OpTier with the simplicity and ease of SaaS to deliver an enterprise-class APM solution that provides instantaneous value.”
