OTRS Cloud Editions Now Available

OTRS, a provider of open source Help Desk and ITIL V3 compliant IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, announced the immediate availability of OTRS Cloud Editions for OTRS Help Desk and OTRS ITSM.

The new editions are tailored Software-as-a-Service packages for implementation, management and administration saving thousands of dollars per year.
