Paessler Partners with LANAIR on Cloud-Based Network Monitoring

Paessler AG and LANAIR announced the launch of ControlPoint Monitor, a new cloud-based network monitoring solution.

Powered by Paessler's PRTG Network Monitor, ControlPoint provides a plug-and-play solution for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) looking to add a robust, scalable remote monitoring solution to their service offering.

Deployment on the SaaS platform enables MSPs to launch a monitoring solution faster, generating new revenue and positive return on investment quicker than building a solution in-house.

ControlPoint includes all of the advanced PRTG functionality, including 200+ pre-built sensors for traffic, QoS, website, email, application and database monitoring, plus virtual environment monitoring, in a reliable, 24/7, fail-safe and easy-to-use hosted solution.

In addition to PRTG's template set of monitoring tools, ControlPoint also integrates seamlessly with Professional Service Automation (PSA) tools, allowing MSP users to create alerts specific to their needs for monitoring and managing customer networks.

LANAIR will provide ControlPoint exclusively to channel partners, to assist them in growing recurring revenue with a robust network monitoring platform. The LANAIR and Paessler teams will work together to rapidly deploy new features and upgrades for ControlPoint as the underlying PRTG platform grows and evolves.

"We've worked diligently to develop the most robust, intuitive and comprehensive network monitoring solution on the market today, offering the best user experience and a unique all-in licensing model that meets the budgetary needs of every size business," said Paessler Founder Dirk Paessler. "Collaborating with best-of-breed partners like LANAIR allows us to extend our reach, providing an increasingly comprehensive solution to a much broader market segment, while maintaining focus on our core competency: providing the absolute best network monitoring solution available."
