PagerDuty announced tech startup executive Tim Armandpour as its new Vice President of Engineering.
Reporting directly to PagerDuty’s CTO Andrew Miklas, Armandpour will be responsible for driving product development and scaling the engineering team in both San Francisco and Toronto.

Most recently, Armandpour served as SVP of Engineering and Product at YapStone, following several years at PayPal in senior director positions for the Mobile Engineering and Consumer Engineering groups. He also held senior-level engineering positions at startups Zong (acquired by PayPal), SendMe and Yodlee. Armandpour’s experience in the high-growth mobile payment industry lends itself well to PagerDuty’s application as critical software to deliver high availability and performance for businesses of all sizes and industries. He holds four US patents and has a BS in computer science from the University of California at San Diego.
