
Riverbed Technology introduced a new portfolio of professional consulting services to help customers maximize the value of their Riverbed solutions for improved business performance by optimizing application performance across their hybrid IT environments.
Three new offerings are designed to help customers leverage the Riverbed Application Performance Platform for superior visibility, optimization, and control within their increasingly complex IT environments.
Riverbed Professional Services has designed three new services to help customers protect, optimize, and maximize the investments they have made in Riverbed Application Performance Platform solutions.
- Technology Adoption Service: Assesses and directs the activities needed to achieve widespread success and improves the long-term business value of Riverbed SteelCentral, Riverbed SteelFusion and Riverbed SteelHead. The new service integrates a customer’s technology investment into best practice operational processes, helping the customer measure business value by linking key performance indicator (KPI) improvements enabled by Riverbed solutions to their desired business outcomes.
- Optimization Assurance Service for Riverbed SteelHead: Assesses a customer’s SteelHead deployment and recommends changes to maximize the performance of critical applications. The service also provides best practice troubleshooting and change management guidelines so customers can confidently protect and leverage their SteelHead solutions even as their applications and networks evolve.
-,Application Analytics and Diagnostics Service: Combining industry-leading performance management solutions from SteelCentral with the added skills and expertise of Riverbed Professional Services consultants, customers can leverage this new service to continually improve the performance of targeted on-premises, SaaS and cloud applications. The service is available to both current and prospective SteelCentral customers, and includes baselines to understand current performance; troubleshooting and root cause analysis to isolate and correct problems before they become severe; and performance trending to help prevent future problems from occurring.
