SecurActive Changes Name to PerformanceVision

SecurActive, a European provider of network and application performance management solutions, is changing its corporate name to PerformanceVision effective immediately.

The new name reflects the company's success in providing a unified approach to NPM and APM capabilities.

The new brand marks the focus and commitment to using its expertise in network traffic analysis to provide end-to-end performance visibility in next generation datacenters (virtual, cloud and software-defined architecture). That commitment was demonstrated by last week's release of PerformanceVision Version 4, a solution delivering unified NPM and APM visibility on a single appliance, integrating real-time application transaction analysis, next generation datacenter support and unprecedented scalability.

"This name change comes at a defining moment in our company history," said Gilles Huguenin, CEO of PerformanceVision. "We are deepening our commitment to network and application performance management solutions and expanding our focus to native support of software-defined datacenters. Our team is united in providing great solutions and world-class support to our customers and partners."

PerformanceVision solutions enable network, system and application specialists to monitor, capture, analyze, and troubleshoot the end-to-end delivery of applications through the infrastructure. "With PerformanceVision's datacenter hardware and software range for highly scalable monitoring and troubleshooting, it was time for a name that represents our full line of solutions and unique product achievements," adds company COO Boris Rogier. "PerformanceVision is committed to empowering network, system and applications professionals with the best products, capabilities, and solutions on the market."
