SUMMUS Software, a provider of SaaS-based IT service management, IT asset management and network and server monitoring solutions, announced the appointment of senior enterprise IT industry veterans Vijaya Shanker, Ken Lee and John Giubileo to its executive team.
Shanker joins as senior VP of product development. He is an enterprise IT industry veteran with 20 years’ experience, and joins SUMMUS after 10 years at Symphony Services, where he was most recently the vice president of global IT and managed services.
Lee joins as VP of worldwide marketing. He brings more than 20 years of marketing and product management expertise in the enterprise IT and telecom industries, and will be responsible for worldwide marketing. He comes to SUMMUS after six years at Oracle and BEA Systems, most recently as senior director of product marketing for the service delivery platform product family.
Giubileo joins as senior VP of worldwide sales and alliances. With more than 21 years’ experience as a sales and product operations executive in the enterprise IT industry, he will take responsibility for SUMMUS’ worldwide sales and alliances, including channel sales and partner alliances.
