Sumo Logic announced the immediate availability of its platform on AWS Marketplace, an online store that makes it easy for customers to find, buy and start using software and technical services that run on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Sumo Logic is one of a handful of initial AWS Partner Network (APN) Partners participating in the launch of SaaS Subscription products on AWS Marketplace.
Companies are increasingly looking for next generation analytics tools and services that provide continuous intelligence to help them build, run and secure modern applications, and accelerate their journey to the cloud. The addition of Sumo Logic’s machine data analytics platform in AWS Marketplace gives organizations the ability to leverage machine data analytics to visualize and monitor workloads in real-time, identify issues and expedite root cause analysis to improve operational and security insights across AWS infrastructure and services.
With SaaS Subscriptions on AWS Marketplace, customers simplify their software procurement experience by obtaining consolidated billing for all of their AWS services, software and SaaS product usage. Software sellers can now offer more of their product portfolio, including SaaS on AWS Marketplace, for AWS customers to consume.
“Sumo Logic is providing AWS customers with an easy way to adopt the Sumo Logic data analytics service, which helps them move to the cloud faster and with confidence,” said Dave McCann, VP of AWS Marketplace and Catalog Services, Amazon Web Services, Inc. “AWS Marketplace provides a low-friction way for customers to have access to next generation services, and we are excited that Sumo Logic is a launch Partner for our SaaS Subscriptions offering.”
“Customers are looking to increase their usage of cloud infrastructure, and are increasingly adopting next generation tooling to help them build, run and secure their modern applications,” said Steve Fitz, Chief Revenue Officer, Sumo Logic. “Sumo Logic shares AWS’s obsession with our customers, so it makes perfect sense that we are one of the first companies to support SaaS Subscriptions on AWS Marketplace. As an AWS ‘All-In’ APN Partner, with deep integrations built for AWS, we’re excited to make it even easier to leverage Sumo Logic for improved application, operational and security insights across AWS infrastructure and services.”
