Virtual Instruments VirtualWisdom4 Verified as Citrix Ready

Virtual Instruments' flagship solution, VirtualWisdom4, is verified as Citrix Ready.

The Citrix Ready program helps customers identify third-party solutions that are recommended to enhance Citrix virtualization, networking and cloud services solutions to deliver mobile workspaces. VirtualWisdom4 completed a rigorous verification process to ensure compatibility with XenDesktop and XenApp, providing confidence in joint solution compatibility.

VirtualWisdom4 greatly increases utilization of existing infrastructure assets via granular visibility of the entire data center. Additionally, VirtualWisdom4 provides performance validation of all flash array storage technologies recommended for VDI deployments, as well as VM-to-LUN event correlation and identification of performance issues as they occur. This includes sending immediate alerts of any health and utilization issues threatening the latency of virtualized workloads, ensuring the team addresses problems in real-time to guarantee ongoing optimal availability and functionality.

The Citrix Ready program makes it easy for customers to identify complementary products and solutions that can enhance Citrix environments. Customers can be confident that VirtualWisdom4 has successfully passed a series of tests established by Citrix, and can be trusted to work effectively with Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix XenApp in order to provide systems-level visibility into Citrix infrastructure. Demos and information about VirtualWisdom4 are available in the Citrix Ready Xchange Marketplace, an online catalogue of more than 25,000 partner offerings verified to work with Citrix products.

Greg Fox, Director, Citrix Ready program at Citrix said, “Citrix Ready makes it easier for customers to select the most suitable virtualization infrastructure products for their specific needs. By taking part in our program, Virtual Instruments has enabled its customers to obtain the highest quality user experience available today, and the simplest means for making an informed product purchasing selection.”

“As a member of the Citrix Ready program, we are able to offer customers intelligent solutions that combine our VirtualWisdom4 solution with the XenDesktop and XenApp products from Citrix,” said John Gentry, VP of Marketing and Alliances at Virtual Instruments. “The offering clearly demonstrates our plans to work closely with trusted partners, through the Citrix Ready partner ecosystem, in order to provide the highest quality experience for our customers.”
