WildPackets and ProSys Partner on NPM for High Speed LANs and Wireless Networks

ProSys has joined the WildPackets channel partner program to provide network performance management solutions for high-speed local area networks (LANs) and wireless networks.

The partnership will expand the availability of the WildPackets' portfolio of solutions, providing customers with network performance visibility, infrastructure management, and fewer network disruptions.

Cloud and virtualization technologies are driving more mission-critical applications to the network. As a result, enterprises are adopting larger, faster and more complex networks that demand 100 percent visibility. The increased reliance on networks also necessitates consistent network uptime and makes it even more critical to analyze and troubleshoot network data in real time without packet loss. The new WildPackets and ProSys partnership addresses these advanced network challenges, providing ProSys customers visibility and control over network traffic – including voice, video, and data – to successfully manage and analyze their network environments.

"As organizations turn to larger, faster and more robust networks, they are faced with new challenges for maintaining network performance," said Carol Morris, Practice Manager, ProSys. "WildPackets' monitoring and analysis solutions provide the support our customers need to manage their networks and we are proud to have them as a partner."

"WildPackets selected ProSys as a value-added reseller based on its extensive infrastructure solutions in networking and long-standing alliances with our existing technology partners," said Bobby Sabhlok, Director of Channel Sales, WildPackets. "By expanding the availability of the WildPackets portfolio of solutions, we are providing more customers with the visibility and manageability they need to reduce risks to, outages on, and operational costs for their networks."
