Zenoss Cloud Monitoring for Zoom Released

Zenoss announced new monitoring capabilities for Zoom.

This innovative real-time monitoring of Zoom streaming data builds on a broader set of initiatives focused on business communications platforms, which emerged as business-critical applications during the global trend of expanding remote workforces over the past few years.

Zenoss monitoring for Zoom includes:

- Cloud-based monitoring with zero install.

- Monitoring Zoom in the same pane of glass as the broader infrastructure.

- Insights on business and technical aspects of the service.

- Zoom connector metrics, including those for dashboards, reports and billing — these cover a range of parameters around meetings, participants, durations and chats.

- Zenoss Cloud features, including intelligent dashboards, Smart View, actions, inventory and events.

- No training required for operations personnel.

- Intelligent monitoring at the edge with policy-driven metrics ingestion.

- Anonymized personally identifiable information for full privacy protection.

"These enhancements underscore our ongoing pledge to empower our customers with the tools they need to ensure their operations always run smoothly and efficiently," said Trent Fitz, chief product officer at Zenoss. "As our customers embrace change, we remain committed to helping them navigate the risks and complexities of those changes."

Zenoss Cloud monitoring for Zoom is generally available now.
