Zenoss announced a partnership with Spectrum Systems – Emtec Federal to allow federal government customers to purchase Zenoss Service Dynamics via a GSA IT 70 schedule contract transaction.
Spectrum Systems – Emtec Federal, headquartered in Herndon VA is an IT integrator, value added reseller, and a provider of IT infrastructure and professional services to the federal marketplace.
“With the proliferation of cloud, virtualization and a blend of applications integrating with legacy systems, government agencies are struggling to effectively manage their infrastructure,” states Barry Culman, CEO of Spectrum Systems – Emtec Federal. “Unified monitoring is an absolute necessity to manage resources, and Zenoss provides our customers IT service reliability and responsiveness.”
The public sector has no easy task as it looks to provide flexible IT services and high degrees of efficiency. Federal agencies are looking to replace costly and antiquated legacy monitoring systems with modern day systems designed with the flexibility, ease-of-use, and scalability required to manage complex federal government environments.
