Zenoss announced the release of its PagerDuty ZenPack, which automates IT issue escalation, greatly reducing the mean time to resolve issues.

Zenoss Cloud informs its machine learning algorithms with explicit model data, empowering its patented root-cause analysis engine to reduce alert noise by up to 99.9975 percent. This enables Zenoss to enhance PagerDuty efficiency by automating the creation of notifications through the most accurate event isolation.

Zenoss is also a charter partner in the PagerDuty Integration Partner Program.

"We welcome Zenoss to PagerDuty’s Integration Partner Program," said Steve Gross, Senior Director of Strategic Ecosystem Development at PagerDuty. "We're committed to improving real-time operations for our shared customers."

The Zenoss SaaS-based hybrid IT infrastructure monitoring solution collects and analyzes all types of machine data to build real-time IT service models that predict and eliminate outages in the largest, most complex IT environments. PagerDuty extends the functionality of Zenoss by aggregating information and managing team response in real time to improve digital operations efficiency, drive revenue, and ensure an optimal end-user experience.

"We are incredibly dependent on Zenoss and its ability to improve the efficiency of other ITOM tools," said Jared Reimer, founder and CTO of Cascadeo. "The PagerDuty ZenPack is critical for us because it dramatically reduces the signal-to-noise ratio, enabling our NOC teams to be far more efficient."

"We have been delivering real customer value with PagerDuty for many years," said Brian Wilson, Chief Customer Officer at Zenoss. "Together, we're providing for our customers the most accurate, contextual information that's tangibly improving their ability to address critical issues in real time."
