APCON announced a technology partnership with NetFort.

APCON’s IntellaStore II all-in-one network visibility solution allows customers to benefit from a combined advanced network monitoring switch with traffic capture, packet analyzer, network performance and security applications. IntellaStore II includes a 60-day trial of NetFort’s LANGuardian integrated network activity and IT security monitoring suite.

“Businesses of all sizes have to protect themselves against the risk of external and insider threats. IntellaStore II with LANGuardian network monitoring and security software provides companies with an easy-to-use, comprehensive view of events and user activity,” said Richard Rauch, president and CEO of APCON. “Our partnership with NetFort allows customers to benefit from the reduced operational costs of a proven, integrated visibility solution engineered for remote networks, midsize companies and large enterprises.”

APCON and NetFort’s partnership provides a single solution that enables network engineers to monitor networks, detect anomalies and retain rich, granular metadata ideal for troubleshooting, reporting and forensics – all while analyzing traffic and application performance.

“Complete visibility across the network, even at the core, is imperative for advanced security and network monitoring,” said John Brosnan, CEO of NetFort. “We’re proud to enter into this partnership with APCON as we continue providing tools for the midmarket that are technologically advanced and intuitive but not cost prohibitive.”
