Evolven Software is a certified partner in the CA Technologies Partner Program.
Under this partnership agreement, Evolven and CA Technologies will expand integrations of Evolven Change Analytics software with CA Technologies’ application performance, infrastructure monitoring, and operational intelligence solutions including CA Application Performance Management (APM) and CA Unified Infrastructure Management (UIM). These integrations will provide customers with a unique ability to automatically correlate performance events and metrics with the actual changes carried out in their hybrid cloud environments, allowing users to prevent and rapidly resolve performance and availability issues.
Evolven Change Analytics software tracks down all actual granular changes carried out in end-to-end hybrid cloud environments. Evolven uses patented analytics based on machine learning for analyzing the changes it collects, and correlating them with CA performance metrics, fault events and transaction topology.
The integrated solutions allow joint customers to:
- Accelerate Troubleshooting: Get a prioritized shortlist of root-causes, based on the correlation and analysis of CA Technologies performance metrics, fault alerts and KPIs with actual changes detected by Evolven.
- Detect Risky Changes Early On: Receive notifications on high risk changes, even before a performance issue is detected.
- Manage Consistency: Identify differences between and within environments to help prevent any operational issues.
- Detect Unauthorized Changes: Detect actual changes that do not correlate to any approved change request breaking the process and introducing great operational risk.
Sasha Gilenson, CEO, Evolven, said: “There’s a strong synergy between Evolven Change Analytics and CA’s broad portfolio of IT operations technologies– such as CA APM, CA UIM, CA Spectrum – when used together we see these integrations solutions bringing tremendous value to our customers in their efforts to realize less incidents, faster MTTR, and improved productivity.”
“Evolven Change Analytics is a natural fit with CA’s award-winning application performance and infrastructure management solutions,” said Sudip Datta, VP of Product Development, Agile Operations, CA Technologies. “Augmenting our solutions’ analytics-driven insights into the performance of applications across traditional data centers, hybrid-cloud, and public cloud infrastructures with Evolven’s solution, allows customers to also have a view of how changes in the infrastructure could impact the performance of applications.”
