Pink Elephant EMEA announced a partnership with Freshworks.

The partnership will enablePink Elephant EMEA and Freshworks to provide their IT Service Management (ITSM) know-how and deliver the intuitive consumer-grade user experience employees now expect.

Freshworks’ ITSM solution, Freshservice, enables customers to achieve greater visibility, intelligence, management, and control of their IT service management. Freshworks is synonymous with intuitive customer and employee engagement software that provides quick and strong ROI for businesses of all sizes looking to engage with their customers across multiple touchpoints. Pink Elephant EMEA will utilise its 40+ years of experience within the ITSM market alongside ITIL best practices.
