Ipswitch announced a partnership with First Distribution, a South African distributor for data center, enterprise and cloud solutions.
With this partnership, customers now have greater access to IT management and network monitoring solutions, including Ipswitch WhatsUp® Gold.
“First Distribution has an extensive presence across Africa with regional offices in South, East and West Africa, as well as Mauritius. We expect the partnership to increase Ipswitch's business by recruiting new resellers and working with our established partners across all these regions,” said Michael Hack, SVP EMEA Operations at Ipswitch. “First Distribution is a perfect fit for Ipswitch, complementing its range of solutions to drive, monitor and manage networks, servers and applications - while helping meet regulatory compliance. This partnership will further enhance performance and security solution offerings to its resellers and customers.”

Ipswitch expects to double the growth in the African market by the end of 2018.
