Entuity Network Analytics announced a new software release.
Entuity’s enhancements help IT organizations effectively manage the challenges associated with implementing and accelerating a digital transformation.
Entuity has announced an integration with BMC TrueSight Intelligence (TSI). IT managers can now fully capitalize on AIOps, as Entuity allows network metrics, events and incidents to be pushed directly into TSI in real-time for comprehensive big data analytics and for use in machine learning activities. Adding Entuity network analytics to TSI delivers a more complete data set for AIOps that ultimately provides faster resolution for both improved end-user digital workplace experiences and IT operational efficiency.
Managing new technologies in hybrid and dynamic IT environments is a necessity for IT organizations and Entuity has enhanced its approach to help leverage new technologies with more RESTful API capabilities. RESTful API affords IT a quick way to integrate Entuity Network Analytics with 3rd party applications. For example, adding Entuity Network Analytics to Foglight Enterprise expands an IT team’s reach to manage even more of the changing IT landscape. Through monitoring new devices automatically and linking workflow systems with network monitoring activities, users receive widespread, cohesive visibility.
“Having the capability to rapidly augment 3rd party platforms is testament to Entuity’s understanding of how IT management is evolving in support of the digital ecosystem,” states Stephen Woodard, CEO and President of Entuity, “our strong customer relationships help us build effective IT solutions that maximize the capabilities of a changing network infrastructure.”
Entuity’s latest release includes a new report that is beneficial in ensuring the ongoing acceptable performance of VoIP applications such as Skype for Business. This QoS heat map report illustrates where there are traffic issues and can spot the pattern of activity leading up to a problem. It is visually easy to comprehend and equips IT with a report that can serve two purposes. Because it is easily understood, IT management will find it useful as a quick weekly/daily activity overview that reveals data on current/ historical behaviors showing what needs attention. The report’s data also aids in planning for future requirements. This transparency with their management helps IT teams easily justify any new upgrades. From the perspective of managing the end-user experience of a VoIP platform, the heat map report can proactively spot potential anomalies allowing IT to quickly make adjustments reducing end-user poor call quality issues.
Entuity Network Analytics’ new features will boost automation, give IT teams even greater flexibility in customizing their network monitoring to support their business objectives and accelerate the progress toward digital transformation with a more complete AIOps capability.
