PagerDuty Partners with AWS

PagerDuty announced a multi-year go-to-market agreement with Amazon Web Services to ensure customers’ cloud migration and digital operational maturity journey is painless, agile, and seamless for consumers.

Furthering its commitment to the relationship, PagerDuty also announced a fully managed Rundeck Cloud automation offering will be available on AWS in early 2022 and that its enterprise offering will also be made available in AWS Marketplace.

“PagerDuty is built on AWS and together, our solutions help companies streamline and accelerate their digital transformations,” said Dave Justice, Chief Revenue Officer at PagerDuty. “Working closely with the AWS global field and marketing teams, these go-to-market efforts extend the combined solutions to a broad base of customers, providing AIOps and automation to identify and accelerate critical work.”

PagerDuty will continue to also drive deep product integrations with key AWS services such as Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon GuardDuty, and Amazon EventBridge. These integrations enable organizations of all sizes to harness the flexibility, agility, and scale of the cloud as teams transition from siloed and centralized approaches to multiple, distributed teams and hybrid infrastructure driving faster digital transformation. Additional details about these integrations are here.

Rachel Mushahwar, Managing Director, North America Partner Sales and Channel Chief at AWS, said: “This agreement enhances PagerDuty’s management capabilities with industry-leading cloud services from AWS to strengthen the value PagerDuty can offer.”

Continuing the momentum, PagerDuty also recently announced Rundeck Cloud which will be hosted on AWS in early 2022. Rundeck Cloud provides a fully managed enterprise automation service to accelerate time to value allowing technical teams and developers to focus on building and running automated workflows rather than running a Rundeck Cluster. Rundeck Cloud provides high availability, security, and elastic scalability and manages all patches and updates so users always have the latest features available.

A non-managed Rundeck Enterprise will also be available in AWS Marketplace in early 2022.
