Marcus Rebelo, Director of Sales Engineering, Americas, at Resolve, has joined the APMdigest Vendor Forum.

With more than two decades of experience in networking, software, and hardware technologies, Rebelo has deep expertise designing and architecting IT solutions that create strong foundations for innovation. He has held a wide range of IT positions from the service desk to complex service development, including roles at NTT Communications, IPsoft, BMC Software, Wipro, and Hewlett Packard. In his current role at Resolve, he has grown the sales engineering team globally and worked with numerous customers on their journeys to automation. Rebelo frequently speaks at industry events on automation, digital transformation, networking, and cybersecurity topics.

On Wednesday January 27, 2021, Microsoft Office 365 experienced an outage affected a number of its services with a prolonged outage affecting Exchange Online.
